Průtokové vysavačové motory

Průtokové motory:(chlazení nasávaným vzduchem) pro použití komerčních a průmyslových aplikacích. V průtočných motorů prostřednictvím práce vzduch putuje systémem ventilátoru a je vypouštěna přímo přes vinutí motoru při výstupu, takže práce vzduch také chlazení motoru. Typické aplikace jsou většinou v suchých vakuových podmínkách, protože práce vzduch je také chlazení motoru vzduchem.Stupně jsou použity k vytvoření většího tlaku, pokud je použitý jako ventilátor, nebo s větším výtlakem, pokud jsou použity jako vysavač. Jednostupňové motory mají obvykle nejvyšší průtok vzduchu a nejnižší úrovně vakua. Přidání stupně ventilátoru zvyšuje schopnost vakuové jednotky, ale omezuje průtok vzduchu. To je z důvodu zvýšené impedance na proudění vzduchu pomocí systému, v důsledku dodatečných ventilátorů (otáčející se a stabilní), přes které musí vzduch projít.

Na fotografii jsou uvedeny přesné rozměry, aby se minimalizovala možnost záměny. Jedná se o náhradu původního motoru. Váš vysavač může mít jiný typ motoru, protože výrobce někdy montuje dvě nebo tři verze motoru do jednoho modelu vysavače. Před nákupem porovnejte rozměry se starým motorem.
