Silicone roof BL6 - cartridge 310ml

CHARACTERISTICS
One-component, 100% silicone without solvents and paraffins, with a neutral vulcanization system.
It vulcanizes with air humidity without odor.
Excellent adhesion to porous and non-porous substrates, creates a permanently flexible joint.
It resists UV radiation, is colorfast with minimal shrinkage.
Can't be painted over.

USE
Suitable for sealing and gluing roof sheeting, gutters incl. non-ferrous metals, sealing
passages, connection of roof coverings, parapets, roofing foils (we recommend testing).
Not suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Substrate surfaces must be dusted, degreased and dry.
Cut off the tip of the cartridge above the thread, screw on the application tip, cut it as required
amount to be extruded and use an extrusion gun to apply the sealant to the desired area.
You can easily manipulate the connection within 15 minutes. from the application of the sealant.
Fresh excess sealant can be removed using the silicone and foam remover, hardened sealant
can only be removed mechanically.
Final curing takes place depending on the temperature at a rate of 3 mm/24 hours at a temperature of +20°C.
