Digital thermostat module with LED display and active status signaling (OUT light) Specifications: Working voltage: DC 12V Output: in active state 12VDC via relay switching contact 250VAC/5A (14VDC/20A)-typ4181 Controlled temperature range: –50–110°C Resolution: 0.1°C (above 100°C 1°C), accuracy 0.2°C in the range –10°-100°C Frequency of measurement: 2x / sec Measuring sensor: NTC (10K 0.5%), waterproof Dimensions: 60×45×30mm Instructions for use: The thermostat allows you to set the temperature T1 and T2, where T1 is the temperature at which the thermostat switches on and T2 is the temperature at which the thermostat switches off. The switching on of the thermostat is indicated by the red LED at the upper right corner of the display ("OUT" description). To set the T1 temperature, hold the up arrow for a long time. As soon as the display starts flashing, you can use the arrows to adjust the switching temperature setting. To set the T2 temperature, hold the down arrow for a long time. Once the display starts flashing, you can use the arrows to adjust the switch-off temperature setting. Connect the supply voltage to the red(+) and black(-) wires, the 12V appliance to the yellow and black wires Working modes: -Heating mode (T1 < T2): After switching on the device, the thermostat output is closed until the measured temperature reaches the T2 level. As soon as the measured value drops to the T1 level, the output is activated again. -Cooling mode (T1 > T2): After switching on the device, the output is inactive until the measured temperature reaches the T1 level. Then the output is activated until the measured temperature reaches the T2 level. Note: The output relay has a supply voltage of 12V applied to its switching contact, so that its output is in an active state of 12V from the power supply. To control 230V appliances, it is therefore necessary to use another relay or modify the circuit board of the thermostat so that the output contacts of the relay are connected separately, i.e. without applied supply voltage. The relay (type 4181) has rated contacts for 230VAC/5A
