Waterproofing PENOSIL Premium AquaBrake Fiber 7kg

DESCRIPTION
Ready-to-use fibre-reinforced waterproofing material for waterproofing the subfloor under floors and walls in wet rooms.
After drying, it forms a flexible waterproof layer.
The putty is water-based and does not emit odors or harmful substances when it dries.
Ability to bridge cracks.
Suitable for heated floors.
A change in color indicates drying.
Easy to use.

USE
Putty is used to create a waterproofing layer in bathrooms, showers, saunas and other sanitary areas before tiling.
During application, the temperature of the air, the substrate and the sealant must be between +10 °C and +25 °C and the maximum relative humidity must be 80%.
Substrates should be completely cured, dry and smooth.
Mix the putty carefully before use.
The minimum coverage is 1.1 kg/m2 (coverage in 2 layers).
Cured sealant does not form a strong and durable coating and should be surfaced (eg tiled).

Method of use:
Mix the product before use.
Spread PENOSIL Premium AquaBrake Fiber onto the finally dry substrate using a brush, cleaning brush or paint roller, applying two layers, the second layer crossing the first layer.
Final drying time of coatings is 6-12 hours depending on temperature and humidity.
Check that the dried waterproofing material does not contain holes.
The thickness of the dried waterproofing material should be approximately 0.4 mm on the walls, 0.5 mm on the floor and 1.5 mm around the siphons.
After final drying, you can start laying the tiles.
This product is not UV resistant and should be protected from direct sunlight before the topcoat is applied.

Cleaning:
Clean the uncured product with water or use Penosil Cleaning Wipes.
Cured product should be removed mechanically.

When applying, ensure sufficient ventilation and use the necessary personal protective equipment.
