DESCRIPTION
Agua Stop Waterproofing anti-fungal coating is a colorless liquid impregnation agent based on a one-component autoreticular resin in a solvent for application to absorbent surfaces. It creates an impermeable barrier and acts as a long-lasting protection against rainwater while allowing the diffusion of water vapor. Ideal for protecting exterior brick walls or structures with water penetration.

PROPERTIES
Provides long-lasting protection. Due to its low specific weight, it penetrates deep even into high-density substrates and acts against: water, salt (chloride), pollution (CO2, SO2) and alternating frosts and frosts.
It does not prevent gas diffusion, which makes it easier for the substrate to breathe.
It does not change the texture or color of the surface to which it is applied.
It prevents the formation of efflorescence, mold and the capture of dirt.
It is not affected by surface wear or extreme temperatures.
It is a one-component, easy-to-apply product that is ready to use without the need for dilution and ensures lasting quality.

APPLICATION
Porous walls in facades.

MATERIALS
Absorbent materials, both alkaline and ceramic such as: Concrete, Mortar plaster, ceramic and concrete roof tiles, fiber cement, brick buildings, natural stone.
Not intended for painted or enamelled surfaces.

METHOD OF USE
1. Preparation of the background:
All treated surfaces must be sanitized, dry, clean and free of loose or poorly adhered particles and residues from previous applications or previously used products.
If the pores of the substrate are clogged, the substrate must be completely cleaned, preferably with a FACADE CLEANER (see technical sheet), and then rinsed with pressurized water. Depending on the specific situation, pressure sandblasting can also be used.

2. Application of the preparation:
Apply with a roller, low pressure gun or brush.
Apply until the substrate is completely saturated.
After its application on outdoor surfaces, it is recommended to protect it from moisture for 24 hours if possible.
