Characteristics of BL6 silicone spray:
Silicone oil is an anti-adhesive agent without oils and lubricants, for the protection, smoothing and treatment of plastics, rubber and metals also in the food sector, simply everywhere where it is undesirable to use oil, fats and other greasy lubricants.

Use of BL6 silicone spray:
Due to its properties, silicone oil has a wide range of uses. Excellent anti-adhesive agent for molds and pressure casting. As a lubricant for sliding roofs, sliding blinds, sliding rails, for retractors of protective belts and many others. In the field of wood and paper processing, it prevents adhesive residues from sticking to the press and guide. A clean cut is achieved when processing cutting edges, edges and tools. In areas of transport technology, it prevents goods from sticking to conveyor belts, and is also applied to chutes and sliding surfaces. In the automotive industry to protect all rubber seals against brittleness and aging. Silicone spray protects, insulates and treats plastic, rubber and metal with good gliding properties.

Work procedure: The substrate should be dry, free of dust, grease and oil. Shake the can thoroughly and apply in a vertical position to the treated substrate from a distance of 30-50 cm with a quick short spray, a thick applied layer worsens the separation effect. The substrate for separation must be degreased before the first application. Moldings or castings are greasy, in the case of further treatment by spraying, silicone residues must be removed = degreased. The spray is fully functional in all positions. Storage temperature: optimally +15°C to +25°C. Application temperature: max. 40°C.
